Refunds and Cancellations

Once something is ordered of our website you can't cancel it from there. Please notify us immediately if you have any issues.

Refunds are available only if something was ordered incorrectly or if it was our error. 

Please follow proper care when you receive the tubers. Double check them and notify us within 3-4 days of there are any problems.
